These cleaning agents effortlessly remove all types of grease and oil, such as cooling and cutting emulsions, anti-corrosion oils, greases, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and various other contaminants from diverse equipment and machine parts. These different types of degreasing fluid are safe to use, non-flammable, and in almost all cases carry an NSF certificate for safe handling within maintenance in the food industry. 95% of companies use the standard degreasing tray fluid Bio Circle Liquid. For applications where a large amount of aluminium needs to be degreased and cleaned, we recommend Bio Circle L Aluminium. For heavy soiling by oil and grease, we recommend Bio-Circle Ultra as a degreasing tray fluid.

What are safe degreasers?

Degreaser for Degreasing Tray

Our degreasing tray systems represent a new dimension in degreasing all kinds of parts. This system utilizes water-based degreasing and cleaning with the help of natural microorganisms that break down oil and grease in an environmentally friendly manner. Thanks to the microorganisms that continuously purify the degreasing fluid, the degreaser lasts considerably longer. The lifespan compared to solvents such as white spirit, brake cleaner, or other solvents is at least 5 times longer, resulting in cost savings on the disposal of contaminated degreaser and the purchase of new degreaser. The degreasing tray fluid contains no volatile substances that are harmful to our environment or to the people working with it. Furthermore, there is no fire hazard with this degreaser, as the tray degreaser is water-based. The pH of the degreasing fluid is neutral, resulting in a low risk of skin irritation. Additionally, the fluid has a very pleasant scent and contains a corrosion inhibitor. The Bio-circle Liquid can even be processed via an (OBAS) separator. If you have an existing degreasing tray without a heat pump and wish to continue using it, we recommend our powerful and environmentally friendly GS 200 degreaser, which is also completely free of hazard symbols. Additionally, this degreaser dissolves ink and adhesives.
