Bio Circle GT-i Maxi 19-i – Degreaser container

The stainless steel top piece for the Bio Circle GT-i Maxi 19-i offers a particularly high load capacity (up to 1000 kg). The extra large work surface (1500 x 950 mm) is useful when large and heavy parts need to be cleaned. This even allows two users to work on the parts cleaner at the same time. The stainless steel top pieces are equipped with a conical drain, sieve and bag filters (25 μm), and optionally with PE grids to protect the surfaces. The supplied brush, connected to the rinse arm, makes it possible to remove stubborn dirt in a targeted manner. This combination ensures fast and efficient cleaning without harmful solvents. The cleaning medium Bio-Circle Liquid is heated and remains constant at 41˚C. The built-in oxygen pump supplies the micro-organisms in the liquid with vital oxygen. The Bio-Circle liquid also contains nutrients that keep the micro-organisms active during their entire lifespan, making the degreaser last up to 5 times longer. The degreaser box Bio Circle GT-i Maxi series offers a larger working surface and higher load capacity (up to 1000 kg) than the GT Compact degreaser box, which is suitable for smaller parts. Compared to the GT Maxi, the GT-i Maxi has additional features such as a conical drain, advanced filters and optional PE protective grilles, making it ideal for intensive, industrial cleaning tasks.In addition to the GT-i Maxi 19-i, there is also the GT-i Maxi 17-i and GT-i Maxi 18-i models, where the difference is mainly in the load capacity.
