Prolaq Compact – Industrial parts cleaner

The PROLAQ Compact is an advanced solution for the safe and sustainable cleaning of paint and varnish residues from various parts such as paint spray guns, stencils, grids, paint pumps and hoses. Specially developed for industrial environments, the parts cleaner provides an environmentally friendly and economical way to remove stubborn residues without the use of harmful solvents such as thinner or benzene. Operation: The PROLAQ Compact degreaser tray cleans with a clean liquid applied via a brush. Contaminated liquid is filtered and returned to the lower tank, where the cleaned liquid is stored for reuse. The system thus saves on the use of solvents and supports economical and environmentally friendly maintenance of machines and components. The machine uses a compressed air membrane pump (6 bar) to dry cleaned parts, which is operated via a foot pedal. The degreasing tray has a compact size with a working surface of 730 x 520 mm and a maximum load of 100 kg. The Prolaq Compact works with the following degreaser fluids: ink remover type D, Prolac L 100 or Prolac L 500, which are free of dangerous symbols, and are therefore safer for people and the environment.
